Posted on May 26, 2009 | 9:00am

I’m going raw! Ok well, not quite, but occasionally I love a totally raw meal. There is something to be said for guilt-free, delicious food. A few months ago I had the pleasure of dining at 118 Degrees in Costa Mesa. It’s a relatively small bistro in a strip mall right off of Bristol near South Coast Plaza. Although we were seated at the incorrect location at first, they were more than accommodating in directing us to the bar where the Happy Hour menu was offered.

The service was wonderful. The hostess, waitress and bartender were very pleasant and friendly, however each withheld any intrusive, snobby or forced conversation. Read More
