(Paired with a 2010 Illuminati ‘Riparosso’, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo – Abruzzo, Italy) Third: All-Natural Australian Char Grilled Lamb Chops with a Dried Blueberry Malbec Demi Glace & Crispy Fried Yuca.
