Location/Site Selection - We distribute leads specific to your needs to our hotels and other facilities. After reviewing your requirements, each property will respond directly to you.
Site Inspection - We will arrange site inspections of the venues you are interested in touring.
Marketing Materials - Our brochures detailing hotels, visual and performing arts, activities throughout Southern California, restaurants, golf courses, attractions and additional information are available for your use.
Official Welcome - Extend a special welcome to your group with remarks by local city and/or county officials. The Costa Mesa Conference & Visitor Bureau would be happy to recommend local dignitaries or speakers to address your group or send an official "welcome letter."
One & Two Day Itineraries - While your group is in town, the Costa Mesa Conference & Visitor Bureau can create one & two day itineraries.
