Macy’s Announces Appearance by Famed Chef Ming Tsai

Macy’s Culinary Council, Chef MingTsai, will host a cooking demo and book signing at Macy’s South Coast Plaza location in Costa Mesa, CA.

Who/What: Macy’s Culinary Council chef Ming Tsai will demonstrate a few recipes from his new cookbook, Simply Ming One-Pot Meals: Quick, Healthy and Affordable Recipes. After the cooking demonstration, Mr. Tsai will sign will greet guests and sign copies of his book which can be purchased at Macy’s during the event. RSVP: Admission is $5, which will be donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. No reservations are required, but seating will be held on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating is limited to 200.
