Instead of the usual strawberry or raspberry jam, Instructor Pamela found a recipe for passion fruit jam that’s sure to make you drool. Passion fruit jam pairs well with cheese or on proteins. We will go over canning for beginners; everyone will walk away with lots of food preservation knowledge and two jars of the jam we make during the class, along with a recipe packet so you can replicate the recipes at home.

How much: Bring two 8-ounce canning jars (Ball or Kerr) with screw band and lid, an apron, and your favorite knife. $25 fee covers the remaining materials cost.
