The Orange County Market Place in Costa Mesa, originally known as the OC Swap Meet, has been operating since 1969. The Orange County Market Place is one of the biggest weekly events in Southern California, with approximately two million visitors each year. One section of the Market Place is called "Behind the Picket Fence," dedicated specifically to repurposed or vintage items.
