Relish: A Food, Wine and Spirits Experience is a three-day culinary event featuring celebrity chefs, master sommeliers, live cooking demonstrations, wine and cheese pairings, exclusive dinners, brunches, and unforgettable tasting experiences across Orange County.
Founded by celebrity chef and sommelier Jamie Gwen, this multi day food and wine festival showcases Iron Chefs, James Beard Award winners, and master sommeliers. On Saturday, Costa Mesa joins the Relish lineup for the first time with exclusive experiences at South Coast Plaza and The Park Club.

Meet the 2026 Relish Chefs and Culinary Talent
Relish gathers a rotating cast of celebrity chefs, master sommeliers and culinary personalities. The 2026 lineup is headlined by Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian and Chopped judge Scott Conant, with pastry chef Sherry Yard, Cheese Master Afrim Pristine and certified sommelier Rebecca Rose Phillips rounding out the weekend. Jamie Gwen
Jamie Gwen is the founder of Relish and a proud Orange County local. She is a celebrity chef, certified sommelier, nationally syndicated radio host and seven-time cookbook author who shares her passion for food on KTLA Channel 5, NBC and HSN. Catch her as the host of Friday’s opening night cocktail party.
Kat Turner
Kat Turner is the executive chef and partner of Highly Likely (SoCal staple) and a Top Chef Season 22 competitor known for sustainable, locally sourced cooking. She appears at the opening cocktail party and the Sunday brunch experience.
Katie Chin
Katie Chin is an award-winning cookbook author, television personality and Culinary Ambassador to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation, currently based in LA. She has written five cookbooks and appeared on everything from Iron Chef America to Beat Bobby Flay.
