John Wayne Airport, Orange County

John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA) is the closest airport to Costa Mesa, located just minutes away. The only commercial service airport in Orange County is operated by most major airlines, offering hundreds of daily domestic routes as well as international flights to and from Mexico and Canada.

John Wayne Airport, Orange County is owned and operated by the County of Orange and is located 35 miles (56 km) south of Los Angeles, 90 miles (144 km) north of San Diego and it is one of only two airports in Orange County to accommodate general aviation.

Ontario International Airport (ONT) is a medium-hub, full-service airport with commercial jet service to major U.S. cities and to many international destinations. Amtrak

From San Diego north or Santa Barbara south, take the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner® train to Costa Mesa and you will travel on one of the most scenic routes in the West. It’s a welcome departure from crowded roads and highways. On board, you can sit back and relax, admire the view and enjoy a bite to eat. You’ll arrive at the Amtrak station in Santa Ana and take a quick cab ride, or ride-share service to your destination in Costa Mesa.
