The first-ever West Coast Indie Chef's Week is only in Costa Mesa! Enjoy a spirited competition of the best young chefs.
Indie Chef’s Week brings a variety of chefs from across the country to Costa Mesa in a pop-up restaurant format. The event will take place at Taco Maria in Costa Mesa's SoCo Collection. Over three days 25 chefs will feature their signature creations.
Guests of the event will have to opportunity to mingle with some of their favorite chefs and enjoy a 12-course menu. The grand finale will take place on Saturday, October 18, where 25 chefs collaborate to prepare a 20-course tasting menu.
There are two dining options that include counter and table seating. Prices range from $175 per person for dinner at a table, $225 counter seating on Thursday to Friday to $250 table seating and $300 per person for dinner at the counter on Saturday. Seating will be limited, and tickets can be purchased at www.indiechefsweek.com.
