Gift Certificate Guidelines:

• No expiration date, no monthly fee, no decrease in value.
• South Coast Plaza does not replace lost or stolen gift cards.
• For transactions that require cash back, retailers may refund up to $20 in cash value or issue a store credit. By California state law, $10 or less must be issued to the customer in cash.
• Gift certificates for large amounts may be reissued in smaller denominations by visiting South Coast Plaza Concierge location.
• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, used as payment on existing store accounts or deposited into personal bank accounts.
• Before using gift certificates, inquire about store's policy as it relates to returns and exchanges.
• Travelex Worldwide Money does not accept the South Coast Plaza gift certificate. Some exclusions may apply when using South Coast Plaza gift certificates at American Express Travel and Financial Services.
