If you’ve already visited South Coast Plaza and Metro Pointe, your South Coast shopping and dining experience isn’t done yet… there’s still South Coast Plaza Village, just across Sunflower Avenue.
South Coast Plaza Village is a small one-story shopping center that has a completely different identity than the South Coast Plaza shopping center itself. South Coast Plaza Village is completely outdoors, hosting just a few specialty stores and offices. You’ll enjoy a stroll through this complex, which houses a variety of Orange County restaurants, shops and two art galleries in a charming outdoor environment complete with cobblestone paths and walkways. Stores include Room and Board and Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams.
The top draw of this center is its collection of fine dining restaurants...one of which is the renowned Morton's The Steakhouse. You can also find one of the top Persian restaurants in Orange County, Darya, and the exotic Indian cuisine of Royal Khyber. The award-winning Antonello’s Italian restaurant rounds out the selection of fine dining – but you can also find more casual fare like Corner Bakery.
Stop for a movie at Regency Theatres, which offers a range of programming from art-house and independent film to classics and more. Wednesday is Classic Film Night, featuring all kinds of retro fun with classics like Arthur and The Big Lebowski. Regency Theatre was voted OC Weekly’s 2011 Best Indie Movie Theatre.
Transportation to and from Segerstrom Center for the Arts is complimentary when you dine at any South Coast Plaza Village restaurant.
