In 1985, Norma Gil and her sons, John, Shane, Jim and Jesse, opened their doors to the original Empanada's Place in Culver City. At the time, they never imagined how popular their empanadas would become. Now with two locations in Southern California, Empanada's Place serves authentic Argentine-style empanadas.
