Taking inspiration from the 1970s beach cafes of Australia and the craft-first coffee houses of Venice Beach, Outpost Kitchen is recreating the familiar feeling of a neighborhood cafe in Westside Costa Mesa. Outpost is using only organic, non-GMO, biodynamic products with no pesticides - selecting product that's farm-raised and grass-fed.
Not just focused on their quality and sustainability products, Outpost is using innovative ingredients like Gochujang sauce, harissa and bee pollen. Try one of their breakfast sandwiches, served all day, like the avocado on toast with harissa and peppedew pesto, house-made ricotta, herb salad and grapefruit reduction, which can be served with a poached egg. Their lunch menu includes balsamic pulled pork, Huitlacoche tacos, salads, salmon and an amazing "Westside Burger."
Along with the incredibly creative menu, Outpost also serves fresh cold-pressed juices and smoothies.
