Tandoori Fresh owner and chef Sajjad Premjee combined the flavors of his native Pakistan with India and fused them together with a California style to bring a taste of India to Costa Mesa. All of the food is cooked fresh to order, with a tandoor, and utilize only fresh ingredients.
Customers return time and again for delicious fare like the chicken tikka masala and the saag paneer. The jasmine rice is light and fluffy and goes perfectly with the freshly baked naan bread.
