Inspired by the Mediterranean region, from France to Morocco, The Hall: Global Eatery is the latest concept from Top Chef finalist Amar Santana and restauranteur Ahmed Labbate. The food hall is part fast-casual, part fine dining. A pâtisserie serves gourmet coffee, house-made pastries, sandwiches and salads. The Mediterranean grill offers combo plates, wraps and kebobs. There’s also a retail space with house-made jam, vinegar, pickles, olive oil, chocolate, wine and coffee.
At Crudo, the full-service restaurant, guests can dine on seafood, charcuterie and more. The bar features global themed cocktails from beverage director Michael Rooney. Local craft and international beers are also available.
The pâtisserie and Mediterranean grill are open from 10:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Crudo and the bar are open from 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.
