Opening soon at The CAMP shopping center, The Plot Costa Mesa is all about making plant-forward foods delicious and accessible. Growth is underway for one of Southern California’s most innovative plant-based restaurant concepts guided by prolific restaurateurs, Jessica and Davin Waite.
Eco-champs and owners of the award-winning plant-based restaurant, The Plot, the Waites (The Plot, Wrench & Rodent Seabasstropub, Shoots Fish & Beer, The Brine Box) of Oceanside, CA, are expanding their mission to bring plant-forward eating to the mainstream with the opening of a second location in Costa Mesa's The CAMP later this summer. The Plot's menu features exceptionally creative and sustainable plant-based dishes with a zero-waste ethos business model, making the original Plot location in Oceanside the first of its kind in the county.
The Plot will offer plant-based lunch and dinner menus along with to-go retail, kombucha, craft beer, natural wines by the glass, and a complementary sake, wine, and non-alcoholic cocktail program.
Since opening the original location in 2020, The Plot and Chef Davin have received numerous media and sustainability advocacy nods, including:
