

In this class, Sur La Table will teach you how to make delicious British baking classics.
You will work with other students in groups of 4 to create light and fluffy Victoria Sponge Cake filled with layers of cream and strawberry jam. Then, you'll make a pudding cake that we’ll soak and drizzle with luscious layers of toffee sauce. And finally, you will learn how to bake and roll a puff pastry for crispy, hearty sausage-filled rolls.
