Join us for high-energy stage performances from local groups—then it’s your turn on the floor! The afternoon will also feature inclusive, interactive workshops in a variety of styles led by expert instructors. Our AANHPI Dance Fest is designed for all ages and abilitiesno dance experience is required for this fun afternoon filled with free entertainment and activities!

Groove & Gather: AANHPI Dance Fest is part of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Month at the Center this May! From traditional performances to contemporary expressions, we'll showcase the incredible diversity and artistry of AANHPI communities. Explore beloved folktales, find mindful moments, experience the magic of classical music, and dance to the rhythms of the Pacific all month long!

Know Before You Go
This is an outdoor event in an open plaza with limited built-in seating. Audience members may bring their own folding chairs if desired. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at George’s Café. Attendees are welcome to bring their own refreshments, however outside alcohol, glass containers, tables, barbecues, and food preparation are not permitted on the Plaza. This show will not include flashing lights, theatrical haze and fog, or strobing effects.
