OC BBQ Competition
Sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society, this event is the first of its kind in Orange County.
Enjoy brisket, ribs, pulled pork, tri tip, chicken and other great BBQ while you stroll the OC Marketplace. Snake River Farms will be raising the stakes at the Orange County BBQ Competition awarding cash and prizes for teams cooking Snake River Farms Briskets.
COMPETITION SCHEDULE:
12:00PM – Chicken Turn-In
12:30PM – Pork Rib Turn-In
1:00PM – Pork Turn-In
1:30PM – Brisket Turn-In
2:15PM – Dessert Turn-In
5:30PM – Award Ceremony
The goal of this event is to help local charities raise money for their humanitarian projects.
Rotary Clubs from Orange and Los Angeles Counties will be selling General Admission Tickets for $10.00 Each and keeping 100% of the money they receive.
