Populaire is one of Costa Mesa's sizzling hot new restaurants, located inside South Coast Plaza with French-inspired dishes by chefs Ross Pangilinan and Nick Weber. Created by the An family, AnQi Bistro is the sister restauarant to Crustacean in Beverly Hills and brings the same chic sophistication to South Coast Plaza.
