The Triangle, formerly known as Triangle Square, offers 191,000 square feet of outdoor entertainment and retail space. As a Costa Mesa landmark property and downtown anchor, it is only 1 mile from the Pacific Ocean and close to several major roads.

The Triangle is home to some of Orange County's top bars and restaurants like Black Knight Gastro Lounge, Olive Branch Pizza, H20 Sushi & Izakaya, Saddle Ranch Chop House and Yard House, the popular Southern California restaurant and brewery offering American cuisine along with a huge selection of beers and microbrews. The complex also houses Starlight Cinemas, which serves as a host venue for the annual Newport Beach Film Festival.  The theatre offers discount days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when movies are just $5. After dinner and a movie, enjoy a sweet treat at Creamistry, serving made-to-order liquid nitrogen ice cream, made fresh right before your very eyes.

You can also find 24-Hour Fitness SuperSport, a 60,000-square-foot facility.  The state-of-the-art club offers basketball and racquetball courts, cardio, strength and functional training equipment with personal viewing screens on select machines, a functional training area with TRX Suspension Training and several cycle and Group X classrooms.

The Triangle is also home to some of Costa Mesa's top entertainment venues like Saddle Ranch Chop House and Tavern+Bowl, which features state-of-the-art bowling lanes, numerous flat-screen TV's and a variety of entertainment activities well suited for the entire family. The Triangle continues to be a culinary center in Costa Mesa with restaurants like the breezy, relaxed Mexican restaurant La Vida Cantina.
